2- Can I visit your headquarters in Syria to place my preliminary order?

• You are welcome at any time! You are our ultimate interest. Please let us know before your visit to make appropriate arrangements.

3- Where do you manufacture and design your cards?

• All of our products are carefully designed and manufactured in our sole print house and headquarters in Damascus - Syria.

4- How can I buy your cards?

5- Do you accept retail sales orders (small orders)?

• Our sales policy is limited to cooperate with our potential partners with a trial order of U.S. $ 5000. You can still order below this value from your local agent or from your nearest dealer.

6- Can I print the cards myself?

• Of course, most of our cards contain an inside non-printed paper. You can print it either at local your print shop or even on your home printer, then attach the card to the inside paper by sliding it into the card compartments.

7- When can I place an order with you?

• Once you are able to reach your market requirements of our products. Preferably, place your orders 45 days in advance.

8- Can I add text in an international language on my cards?

• All our cards are sold with an inside blank notepaper. If you wish to print a desired text, you only need to send us the text in the desired format and font. We can print any text you want, as long as you will send us the text by email. The text will be resized according to the required dimensions for each individual card. Extra charge will be applied for printing costs.

9- I am interested in cards; can I in any way change the color of a design?

• Of course! If the card you liked is among our product range, we can change the color to your liking, but the special order production policy will apply (minimum quantity production) .

10- Is it possible to make any modification to the cards designs?

• Yes, but subject to the conditions of special production which must be not less than 5000 cards.

11- What measures will be taken in case of production errors in my order?

  Before final confirmation of your order, please check design in full details and specifics. In the event of an order received with erroneous production, please contact the Quality Assurance Department at:

12- What will happen if my order was incomplete or damaged due to shipping?

• If your shipment arrives damaged due to poor manufacturing, we request you send a digital image of the case in question by e-mail to the Quality Assurance Department, in order for us to take the necessary actions, investigations and quality measures and then make appropriate compensation in indemnity.
  If the damage is caused by the shipping company, we ask you to forward your complaint to the carrier, according to the bill of lading consigned to you. The same procedures shall apply in the event of loss of goods.

13- Can you process urgent orders?

• We can meet your request if we have in stock without the need to wait for processing.

14- Can I cancel my order in case of delay or damage?

• Normally the prices we quote to our customers are ex-works, and therefore Imad Rahwanji & Partners International holds limited liability with respect to arrival dates.
  If you have a concern with the damage resulting from shipping, we can offer you CIF price. By all means, Imad  Rahwanji & Partners International is only responsible for the damage caused by manufacturing.

15- What is the expected duration to ship my order once confirmed?

• It depends on the availability of required card in our stock, and then it takes approximately 6 working days to be ready for shipment. If some requested cards in your wholesale order are temporarily unavailable, 10 more days are added to produce the missing figures, and 6 days for shipment.

16- How can I get prices?

• Our price policy is based on each individual product (card). In order to know the price of any card, please send card number and we'll send you the price.

17- What shall I receive in the sample shipment?

• A variety of selected occasion sample cards, wrapping envelops and inside slips (as you can see on our site). Specimens will be sent unprinted.

18- Before placing an order,can we see samples of your products?

• Of course, you can request free samples of all our products, but you will have to pay for shipping fees.

19- What is the difference between your branch and dealer?

• A dealer can be a direct customer of Imad Rahwanji & Partners International or an exclusive representative of the assigned geographic area.
  The branch is a regional office owned by Imad Rahwanji & Partners International, which we run as a local distribution center, thus supporting our customers in selected geographic areas
   

20- How do you see your customer?

• The customer buys our cards from the nearest dealer and, in turn, sells them to his own customers.
  Any person who has the above conditions is welcome to join the sales team's of Imad Rahwanji & Partners International  and must also has a large number of customers to ensure  sales (wedding venues, reception halls, print shops, wedding organizers ...)
  You can become a customer and buy directly from the dealer nearest to you in your country.

   

21- Will cost me to become one of your Auth. dealers and can I become a dealer?

• You are not going to bear financial burdens except, however, in markets with existing dealers.
  New dealers have to place a number of orders round the year in order to meet the terms of the agreement with regards to the exclusive rights and discount, and so on.

22- For you, who is a dealer with exclusive rights?

• He/she is a dealer who has exclusive rights other than the dealers authorized to work with us in the same geographical area, and has the capacity to supply a number of buyers in the area with our cards and follow-up their orders.
  However, where we have an exclusive dealer in a country, we do not accept any direct order placed with us by the new buyer and if that happened, the order is immediately routed to our authorized dealer.

23- Who are prospective customers of Imad Rahwanji & Partners International?

• Our customer is a person who dealt with us in the past with occasions and greeting cards, and has the necessary expertise in the distribution and wholesaling in the local market (dealers, vendors, wedding photographers, wedding flowers arrangers, .....), and enjoys appropriate solvency.
  If a dealer applied to work with us in a market where we do not have a exclusive dealer on contract, you are welcome to be our future business partners.
